Stan’s main objective in real estate is to achieve the best possible price for his clients whilst at the same time ensuring that the process is stress free and pleasurable. Stan has been involved in sales for most of his life and has also bought, sold and renovated multiple homes of his own – so he understands the stresses that both a buyer and seller go through on a personal level. They say that ‘Nice guys finish last’, but Stan disproves this saying daily. Stan is one of Nicholson First National’s highest performers and that doesn’t happen by accident.
Stan moved from Cairns to Townsville in 1985 as a painter by trade. He then advanced in to a sales representative role in 1988 with Dulux Paints Australia which he excelled at for 11 years.
For nearly 30 years, Stan has worked in various selling roles across various industries which lead him to commence his real estate career in 2009. Stan quickly emerged as one of Townsville real estate’s hardest working agents which attracted home sellers of all types of property from traditional blocks, acreage, units and duplexes to employ Stan to utilise his services.
Stan prides himself on his communication with both his sellers and buyers. He believes that constant, transparent and informative meetings, emails, texts and phone calls to his clients helps them to remain completely up to date and in touch throughout the whole selling process. Stan knows this simple method is crucial for any sales professional to master and he attributes this to his long and successful career.
