I have had the pleasure of engaging Dayne Watsons services on two separate occasions to sell my both my personal home and my investment property. My personal property was in the higher end of the market for the area and Dayne was very proactive and professional in his approach. He was constantly in touch with advice and feedback and worked very hard to move the property whilst getting the best possible outcome for us. Our investment property was on the lower end of our market and presale he helped us to position it and market it to a pleasingly quick sale. He also acted strongly and ethically in helping it get to settlement. I have always found him very honest, diligent and empathetic. He also has a very fresh approach to marketing and a great grasp on how new technology and social media applies to real estate. I would enthusiastically recommend him anyone as a great choice for their Real Estate Agent.

My mum who is 86 recently decided that she would like to sell her home and move in to a retirement village. A friend suggested that we contact Nicholson First National Real Estate as he and a family member had always found them to be extremely helpful. When I was looking for a unit to purchase in Townsville, I happened to meet Dayne at one of my inspections and I was soon impressed by him. This good impression lasted throughout my entire dealings with him, from his ‘non-pushy’ approach, through the many texts, emails and phone calls I sent and made, through to when he handed me the keys to my new unit. May - Nov 2011 was the most stressful time of my life, my world was collapsing, my husband had passed away and I had no family in Townsville. In was November 2011 and I needed to be with my family in Canberra. I had never sold a house before, let alone doing it on my own. Where do I go? What do I do? After phoning numerous agents with no luck, (they all wanted a quick sale) a very dear friend recommended John Bowen from First National Real Estate Nicholson.
